(a) First time customers must produce a passport or driving licence AND a current utility bill before they can hire equipment.

(b) Rentals must be paid for in full at time of collection.

(c) Rentals must be returned by 10am on return date –  extra hire charges will apply for late returns.

(d) Rentals must be collected by 4.00pm on day of collection – the HIRE department closes at 4pm each day mon-fri.

(e) Any damage to equipment will be charged at cost to the hirer.
